• By commissioning me you accept my T.O.S.• I'm not responsible for any misconceptions if you have not read the T.O.S.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission.• I reserve the right to publish my works on my social medias for advertising and portfolio purposes, with the respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.• If you do not want the work to be published on my social medias, you will have to pay an extra fee. If this fee is not paid, I have every right to publish said work.• I reserve the right to broadcast the progress of my commission and post it on social media. Please let me know in advance if you want to keep it hidden.• I reserve the right to cancel a commission if problems occur that make me feel uncomfortable or insulted. I will deliver the order in the manner initially agreed upon in case it is advanced.•If the client makes me feel belittled, insulted or has bad behavior towards me, this person will be added to the blacklist permanently which means that I will never work with the person involved again.• Refurns will only be made when the art is in the sketch process and the client is not satisfied. Refurns are not accepted if the sketch has already been accepted or if it is a live2d model and the meshes for it have already been made.•When the work is finished, REFURNS AREN'T ACCEPTED.• Please credit me when you use the commissioned work, either through social medias or in the information on your social medias (twitch, youtube, X...) where you use it.• Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies...• Do not use my Art/Commissions for Ai training.• Please don't reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work. In that case you will have to pay an extra fee.• Please be patient, it is very possible that there are active commissions from other people, you will be notified once start to making your commission.• The estimated delivery date will start counting once I begin with the commission sketch.• Delivery time is approximate and will depend on the tipe of commission to be done. In those cases I cannot be accused of late delivery.• You can make videos and use Live2d models in Stream.• I cannot accept rushed commissions.
